Accreditation process at the game venue

Accreditation process at the game venue

Dear participants!

This is to remind you that prior to the beginning of the competitions it is required to undergo accreditation process at the game venue.

The participant accreditation for RSSU School Champion Cup and RSSU Student Cup will be held on January 26 from 10am to 7pm. The following day, January 27, the participant accreditation for the Russian Cup stages among men and women, RSSU Chess Amateur Cup and RSSU Chess Veteran Cup will be held at the same time.

It is requested to bring passports and birth certificates (for children), qualification book and payment confirmation. Parents and coaches are allowed to undergo accreditation for children upon presentation of a child’s document.

All the participants of the Tournament F – “National Student Chess League Championship” should undergo accreditation process. It is requested to bring the original application form for team games, passport, student ID, and payment confirmation.

Bear in mind that only accredited participants will be included in the drawing of lots for the first round. The participants failing to obtain accreditation until the deadline will be included in the additional drawing of lots prior to the beginning of the first round upon payment of a fine of 1000 RUB.

The accreditation card is an entry pass to the RSSU campus.
